REIKI
Reiki is Energy Healing, where a Reiki Practitioner will give treatment by placing their hands on or above the Client's body in a sequence of positions. The hand positions are non-intrusive and cover the front and back of the body. As there is no massage or manipulation, the Client remains fully clothed.
The Client may feel sensations such as heat, coolness or tingling and feel completely relaxed during the session. Some may experience emotional response, indicating shift in energy. No two sessions are the same as the Client's energy is different each time.

CRYSTAL THERAPY

Crystals are Mother Earth's gift to us. They are physical embodiment of transformation. They hold ancient wisdom of Mother Earth. They have the capacity to be resilient, to re-shape, to heal, to transform...Each one of you has that within you too!
I have always known about the power of the Crystals and have working with them for over a year now. They enhance and magnify anything they connected to. I use them with Energy Healing to initiate deep transformation...of healing, of success, of spiritual growth.
During the session, Crystals are placed on or around the body to enhance the healing process.

CHAMPISSAGE
(Indian Head Massage)
Based on ancient healthcare system of Ayurveda, IHM involves the massage of upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, head and face.
IHM can be done with or without oil, as per the Client's preference.

CHAKRA BALANCING
During this session, I align the body's 7 main Energy Centers, known as 'Chakras' in Sanskrit, meaning spinning wheel.
Blocks in these energy centers can causes us physical and mental/emotional suffering.

DISTANT REIKI
It might sound strange, but when a Client needs a Reiki treatment and is unable to attend in person due to ill health or lives far away or even in lock-down due to the pandemic, we can schedule a Reiki session. On that date, I call them for a pre-consultation. At the set time, I would send Distant Reiki to them and later on contact them by phone/email to give/get feedback on the session.
I have been busy with the Distant Reiki sessions during the lock-down and the results have been amazing. My Clients love these sessions and the bonus for them is staying safe and not leaving their home during the pandemic.

'M' TECHNIQUE

Dr Jane Buckle, a British RN, PhD, created the 'M' Technique as a means of holistic communication. This structured system of touch is suitable when massage is inappropriate because the receiver is very fragile or critically ill. This method of touch has been used in America since 1994.
The 'M' Technique is a mindful manual technique and is different from massage in three fundamental ways:

Pressure and speed - On a scale of 0-10 ( 0 = no pressure and 10 = crushing pressure ), 'M' Technique pressure remains at 3 with a slow and steady speed.

Repetition of strokes - Each stroke is repeated 3 times.

Structure - The 'M' Technique follows a set protocol. Each movement and sequence is done in a certain pattern and never modified.

HOPI EAR CANDLING
This is an ancient treatment, going back thousands of year.
The candles are still made of natural ingredients such as beeswax, honey, herbs and essential oils.
The candle is lit and placed gently in one ear. It works as a chimney, drawing out impurities. Takes 12-15 minutes for the candle to burn and then the process is repeated on the other ear.

FOCUSED BREATH WORK
During this session you learn to connect to your "Sacred Life Force", your Breath.
This is a bespoke guided session where you go within and connect to your body in order to shift and reduce any stress/anxiety/pain or blockages you may have.

If you have suffered from a trauma of the womb, maybe through a miscarriage, abortion, loss of a child, abuse or past relationships and experiences, then this session is for you.
During this bespoke session, you connect to your "Sacred Womb Space" through guided visualisation to feel the trauma held in that space (physical/mental/emotional), clear, heal and recharge the energies.

You don't find Reiki...Reiki finds you!
On one of my business travels, I picked up a book at the airport called "Reiki". My surname is Rekhi and I was intrigued by this little book.
Few years later, someone was conducting Reiki Level 1 course, two doors down from where I lived at the time. I went along and have not looked back since. This was back in 2012.
I felt the benefits of Reiki physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually at a much deeper level.
I wanted to explore further and so my journey with Reiki continues...
