Reiki is a wonderful gift that can help you to change your life for the better

Reiki is a Japanese word, pronounced as 'Ray-Key', meaning 'Universal Life-force Energy'.  This natural healing modality was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui nearly 100 years ago.  There are many types of Reiki practiced today but I follow and teach the traditional and authentic form of Reiki taught by Usui.

By receiving Reiki attunement, you become directly connected to a powerful, divine healing energy source which you can channel through your hands, in a focused manner, to heal yourself as well as others around you for the rest of your life.

​

It is same as when you tune into a radio frequency, you cannot see the radio waves between the radio station and a radio receiver in your home, but you hear the sound...same way, you feel Reiki energy as heat, coolness, tingling etc.  Each one of us feels this energy differently.

The more we practice Reiki, the clearer channels we become.

Reiki is taught in three levels:

Level 1 is known as Shoden (The Beginning)

Level 2 is known as Okuden (The Deep Inside)

Level 3 is known as Shinpiden (The Mystery Teachings)

Reiki Level 1 (Shoden)

 

You receive 4 attunements to re-align your energies in order to tune in and channel Reiki energy.

By the end of the 2 day course, you will:

  • Understand the fundamental Principles of Reiki and start practicing them.

  • Understand the origin of your own problems.

  • Understand the origin of other people’s problems and why they behave certain way.

  • Know how to tune into Reiki energy.

  • Know how to give Self-healing treatment to yourself.

  • Know how to give seated treatment to another person.

  • Know how to give full body treatment to another person.

  • Know how to give shared treatment to another person.

Reiki Level 2 (Okuden)

 

Level 2 builds on the firm foundations of Level 1.  You receive the attunement for the first 3 symbols, which increases your vibrational frequency and your connection with the Reiki Energy.

By the end of the 2 day course, you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of Reiki.

  • Understand the meaning of the 3 symbols.

  • Start using the 3 symbols along with mantras.

  • Have increased intuitive awareness.

  • Know how to give healing treatment to individuals, relationships and environment.

  • Know how to send distant healing treatment.

  • Know how to send Reiki through time and space.

  • Know how to give shared treatment to another person.

Reiki Level 3 (Shinpiden) is divided into 2 parts:

Level 3A - Master Practioner Level, you receive the attunement to the Master symbol.

​

By the end of the 2 day course, you will:

  • Further deepen your understanding of Reiki.

  • Further deepen and understand your link with Higher Self.

  • Understand the meaning of the Master symbol.

  • Know the origin and meaning of all the symbols.

  • Learn how to clear and prepare space with the Master symbol.

  • Learn Advanced Energy Techniques.

  • Know how to give full body treatment using advanced techniques.

  • Know how to send distant healing using advanced techniques.

  • Have the tools to start a Reiki Practice, by meeting the criteria and completing the required case studies.

Level 3B - Master Teacher Level, you receive the attunement to 2 Tibetan symbols.  

​

This level involves an apprenticeship, where you learn to teach Reiki over a period of time, as per National Occupational Standards (NOS).

​

By the end of the course, you will:

  • Know what it means to teach Reiki.

  • Know how to assess the needs, abilities and suitability of students for different levels.

  • Know your responsibilities to your students.

  • Understand the meaning of the Tibeten symbols.

  • Know the origin and meaning of all the symbols.

  • Know how to prepare the space for attunements.

  • Know the attunement process.

  • Practice giving Attunements for all Reiki levels.

  • Learn various Meditative Techniques.

  • Complete assignments on Reiki topics and practices.

  • Have practice of teaching 30 minute module for Reiki Level 1.

  • Have practice of teaching 30 minute module for Reiki Level 2.

  • Have the tools to start Teaching Reiki as per National Occupational Standards (NOS).

  • Know how to run Reiki Healing Circles and Shares.
